Refunds for online purchases only can be made up to 30 days after purchase for a refund on the same tender used. Orders may be returned to one of our store locations with the packing slip, or mailed to our corporate office at:

Sales Tax

Green River Silver Co. charges sales tax for orders shipped within Rhode Island.

Shipping

Shipping costs are based on the weight of the items purchased and the location where the package is being delivered. All items are shipped with UPS. You will receive a tracking number once your order has been processed. UPS does not deliver to P.O. boxes.

All orders are normaly processed on the same business day if received before 2pm EST. If orders are placed on the weekend, on a holiday or after 2pm they will be processed on the following business day.
